July 7th, 2018 - Chandler Petty kicked off the three-day COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned weekend on Thursday night at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the $2,000 top prize. In a field of 26 cars, Chandler locked his spot into the opening night feature with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Starting in 9th, Petty gained one spot in the 35-lapper to place 8th.

The following night at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) after laying down the fastest time overall in a field of 22 cars, Mother Nature moved in wiped out the remaining events.  

On Saturday evening at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi), Petty locked his spot into the $2,500-to-win finale with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Neil Baggett. June 30th, 2018 - Hopping behind the wheel of the Doug Showah-owned #95 Super Late Model, Chandler Petty visited Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Saturday for the regular night of racing. Following the second fastest time in qualifying, Petty scored a 2nd place finish in his heat positioning him 4th on the starting grid for the feature. Breaking into a podium spot, Chandler reeled in a 3rd place finish behind Mike Palasini Jr. and Chris Reed with Bubba Harrison and Nathan Brown completing the Top-5 finishers.

June 2nd, 2018 - Chandler Petty invaded I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) on Saturday night for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned Rockabilly 45. With 23 Super Late Models registered in for action, Petty laid down the fastest time overall in qualifying before placing 3rd in his heat race. May 12, 2018 - On Friday evening Chandler Petty headed to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) returning with the COMP Cam Super Dirt Series (CCSDS). In a field of 22 cars, Petty locked his spot into the opening night feature with a 5th place finish in his heat race. Coming one spot shy of a Top 10 finish, Chandler jumped up three positions in the 35-lapper to place 11th.

The following night at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi), Chandler registered the fastest time overall in a field of 24 cars before streaking to an 8-lap heat race victory. Earning the pole position for the $2,500-to-win A-Main, Petty led the opening 10 circuits until slipping back to a 3rd place finish behind B.J. May 5, 2018 - Saturday night brought Chandler Petty to Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned Pelican 50. With 20 Super Late Models registered in for action, Petty timed in fifth fastest in qualifying before charging to an 8-lap heat race victory. With $4,000 on the line in the feature, Chandler recorded a 8th place finish in the 40-lap affair.

April 28, 2018 - After losing Friday’s opener to Mother Nature, Clay Fisher was one of 23 Super Late Models signed in at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Saturday evenign for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series sanctioned contest. Earning the 13th-starting position for the $2,500-to-win feature via preliminary events, Chandler got caught behind a wreck early preventing him from finishing.

March 31st, 2018 - Friday night found Chandler Petty in action at Timberline Speedway (Maud, Texas) for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) sanctioned event. Competing for a $2,000 payday in the feature, Chandler got wrecked on the opening lap ending his night early.

The following night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) for the 2nd annual Will McGary Tribute, Petty landed a 4th place finish in his heat locking him into the 8th-starting position for the feature. With $3,000 on the line, Chandler was running in the Top-10 until mechanical issues ending his night immediately.

December 14th, 2017 - The 2017 season saw Chandler Petty attend a total of 34 events aboard the Childress Fishing & Rental #R5 Super Late Model entry. Losing 10 of his scheduled dates to Mother Nature, Petty collected 13 Top-10 outings and eight Top-5 finishes. He also finished tenth in the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) point standings.

October 7th, 2017 - Chandler Petty headed to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Friday night for the 11th annual Gumbo Nationals. Drawing 35 Super Late Models for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) sanctioned weekend, Petty secured his spot into the $10,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday night with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Rolling off 11th, Chandler suffered a blown motor early that dropped him back to a 22nd place outing.

September 23rd, 2017 - Friday found Chandler Petty in action at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the annual Magnolia State Cotton Pickin’ 100. With 42 Super Late Models on hand for the unsanctioned weekend, Petty logged a 9th place finish in his heat transferrin him into the B-Main for another shot at the $20,000-to-win A-Main. Sending the Top 4 into the show, Chandler edged his way with the 4th and final transfer position. Rolling off 24th, Chandler Petty gained two spots in the 100-lap affair recording a 22nd place finish.

September 16th, 2017 - Following the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), Chandler Petty was one of 26 Super Late Models signed in at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) on Saturday evening for the inaugural Jim Kuntz Classic. Moving up two spots in his 10-lap heat race, Petty registered a runner-up finish behind Jack Sullivan positioning him 5th on the starting grid for the feature. September 9th, 2017 - Chandler Petty traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Saturday night for the Southern All Star Series sanctioned Governor’s Cup. Timing in fastest overall in his qualifying group, Chandler secured his spot into the $4,000-to-win A-Main. Starting in 2nd, Chandler fell three spots in the 40-lap affair to place 5th behind Spencer Hughes, Brian Rickman, Nick Thrash, and Morgan Bagley.
