May 31st, 2014 - Chandler entered a single event over the weekend as the team traveled to Plumerville Speedway (Plumerville, Arkansas). The Southern Outlaw Late Model Series sanctioned the event at the 1/4 mile oval, and struggles in heat race action found Chandler starting seventh on the grid for the main event. Petty drove his #47 Crate Late Model entry to victory over Hunter Duren, Arlen Stewart, Cody Kierre, and Jason Botsford. 1May 25th, 2014 - Chandler Petty returned to the driver's seat on Sunday evening, competing in a NeSmith Dirt Late Model Touring Series event at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). Chandler qualified thirteenth among the forty entries that were on hand for the program. As a result he started on the pole of the b-main, and later raced to the win which locked Petty into the tenth starting spot for the finale. During the course of the feature Chandler raced in the top ten for much of the event before crossing the finish line in thirteenth. Full results from the event are available at www.NeSmithRacing.com

May 11th, 2014 - Chandler Petty Racing, based in Cabot, Arkansas is currently seeking a well-rounded, highly experienced crew chief for their Super Late Model program. Ability to call the shots on tires, shocks, and setups is sought as the team looks to step up their program.

The team needs someone willing to meet them at the tracks as well help with the weekly preparation of the program. Pay will be discussed based upon interest.

1May 10th, 2014 - Chandler Petty entered a singled event over the weekend as he and the team traveled to Clayhill Motorsports Park (Atwood, Tennessee) on Saturday night for a NeSmith Weekly Racing Series event. Chandler enjoyed a solid performance after a fifth to second run in the heat race locked him into the fourth starting spot for the feature. With passing being difficult Petty managed to advance a single spot to a third place finish in the finale behind race winner, Ashley Newman and Tait Davenport. Ronnie Cooper and Bronson Berry rounded out the top five finishers. Complete results from the event are available at www.ClayhillMotorsports.com

1May 3rd, 2014 - Chandler entered a doubleheader weekend with the NeSmith Late Model Series tour at Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas) for the annual Ozark Nationals. Friday night saw thirty entries registered to battle for the $2,500 payday, and via preliminary action Petty locked in the fifth starting spot for the feature. During the course of the 50 lapper he raced near the top five for much of the event before slipping to a seventh place finish at the checkered flag.

Saturday night saw another $2,500 winner's check on the line as twenty-seven competitors entered the event. Chandler would qualify sixth fastest overall to earn the sixth starting position for the 50 lap finale. He would battle the setup on his #47 entry throughout the feature before settling to a fourteenth place finish.
