May 21st, 2016 - Wheeling his K & G Wholesale #47 Super Late Model, Chandler Petty visited Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) on Friday night for the P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racing (SUPR) event. Drawing twenty-seven entries for the $2,000-to-win show, Petty improved five spots in his heat race posting a 4th place finish. Earning a 9th place starting position for the feature, Chandler battled in the top five at one point until coming up with a 7th place outing.

Returning with the SUPR series on Saturday, Petty stopped at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) for another $2,000-to-win A-Main. Following a 3rd place finish in his heat, Chandler was slated to start 7th for the main event. Working his way into the top five, Chandler Petty reeled in a 4th place finish behind B.J. - Chandler Petty made the trip to Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi) on Friday night for the event co-sanctioned by the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) and the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS). In a field of thirty-six cars, Petty secured his spot into the feature with a runner-up finish in his heat race. Starting in 6th for the $2,000-to-win show, Petty fell back to a 18th place outing.

The following night brought Chandler to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for a $2,500-to-win CCSDS show. Drawing a stout field of forty-three Super Late Models, Petty captured a heat race win earning him a 4th place starting spot for the feature. Battling in lap-traffic, Chandler Petty fell back to a 7th place finish in the 40-lap A-Main.

- Returning with the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS), Chandler Petty headed to Diamond Park Speedway (Nashville, Arkansas) on Friday night. With twenty-three cars signed in for the $2,000-to-win A-Main, Petty earned a 15th place starting spot for the feature. With 35-laps to gain some ground, Chandler held his spot recording a 15th place outing.

On Saturday night Chandler was one of thirty-four competitors signed in at Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) for another $2,000-to-win show. Earning a 12th place starting spot for the feature, Chandler improved four spots in the 40-lapper notching an 8th place finish.(Scott Burson Photo)
